Environment: Staging.

Expected Result:

1. All containt is translated to German, when the German language is selected.
2. Clicking the 'Back' button redirects to 'the 'Leads' page.
3. The 'View' icon should perform an action or be removed.

Actual Result:

1. The records about status changes are not translated into German.
2. Clicking the 'Back' button on the 'Lead Details' page does not redirect to the 'Leads' page (when the page is switched to German).
3. The 'View' icons in the 'Activity Log' section do not perform any action.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the 'Lead Details' page. Change the Status for current Lead. Click the 'De' button to translate to German.
2. The 'Activity Log' section contains records (describing status changes) displayed in English instead of the selected language.https://screenrec.com/share/I8KSEQlhaw
3. Switch to German (click the 'De' button). Click the 'Delete' button. The warrning alert about the Lead will be deleted appears in English. https://screenrec.com/share/lcn1bkyGHF
4. Open the 'Lead Detail' page in English. Switch the language using the 'De' button. Click the 'Zuruck(Back)' button.

6. Click a 'View' icon next to each of records in the 'Activity Log' section no action ossurs.
