name is not to be changed in the Service when created from the template

Description
Expected result
When user creates a service from the list of services from the car and so on and when applying the template - the name of the service could not be changed.
Current FLOW
- when going to the service creation window the user is selecting the tempalte that is applied to all the fields uncluding the name
- the name is enetered in the "name field" in the creation screen
- the name is the same as the name of the template is entered
Expected change
- the name could NOT be changed after the template is applied

Preconditions:
Open the New Service page.
Choose one of the items from the Templates dropdown in the Select Template section.
Steps:
Try to change the Name field in the Service Information section.
Expected Result:
The Name field must not be editable.
Actual Result:
The Name field cannot be changed.
