In the Create Service form, once a Template is selected, there is currently no direct way to fully clear or remove it without deleting the modified fields manually.
Users need the ability to deselect a template so they can switch to creating a service from scratch without starting over.
There is an 'X' button in the template, but it clears only name of the template from the list, but not the pasted description\tasks\costs
Required implementation:
- Enhance the Clear/Remove Template action to fully revert all template-related changes in the form, so when a template is cleared:
- Remove its name from the dropdown.
- Reset all fields populated by the template (Service Name, Description, Tasks, Costs, etc.) to blank/default state.
Expected Behavior
- Clicking the "X" on the template dropdown fully removes the template and all pre-filled data from the template.

Test result is not OK
- Reset all fields populated by the template (Service Name, Description, Tasks, Costs, etc.) to blank/default state.
- Service name is not deleted

Preconditions:
The 'New Service' page is open.
Some template is chosen in the 'Templates' field.
Click on 'x' next to the template in the 'Templates' field in the Select Template section:
The 'Templates' field is cleared.
The 'Name' field in the 'Service Information' section is cleared.
The 'Description' field in the 'Service Information' section is cleared.
The 'Tasks' field in the 'Tasks' section is cleared.
The 'Name' and 'Amount' fields in the 'Additional Cost' section are not cleared.

OS: Windows 11 Version 24H2 for x64-based systems(KB5065426) (26100.6584)
Browser: Chrome 140.0.7339.186 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Platform: Desktop
Executor: Tretjacova Olena
Steps:
- The 'New Service' page is open.
- Some template is chosen in the 'Templates' field.
- Select one of vehicles in Assignment section.
- Click on 'x' next to the template in the 'Templates' field in the Select Template section:
The 'Templates' field is cleared.
The 'Name' field in the 'Service Information' section is cleared.
The 'Description' field in the 'Service Information' section is cleared.
The Assignment Vehicle field is not cleared.
The 'Tasks' field in the 'Tasks' section is cleared.
The 'Name' and 'Amount' fields in the 'Additional Cost' section are cleared.
Expected Result:
All fields in the New Service form are cleared.
Actual Result:
All fields are cleared except the Assignment Vehicle field

In this case the car doe not belong to the template hence oit shall stay.
