Description
Users of the application may need to extend the functionality of the comment/activity editor to support better content formatting and information sharing. Currently, the editor lacks essential features like:

  • Adding bullet points or numbered lists
  • Copy-pasting content (f.e. emails) while preserving format
  • Highlighting important information

Expected result

  • Users can add bulleted and numbered lists
  • Pasted email content retains basic formatting
  • Users can highlight or emphasize text (bold, italic, underline)
  • use component that would support most common editing options f.e. like in Redmine
  • Editor remains user-friendly and lightweight
