Description
Users of the application may need to extend the functionality of the comment/activity editor to support better content formatting and information sharing. Currently, the editor lacks essential features like:
- Adding bullet points or numbered lists
- Copy-pasting content (f.e. emails) while preserving format
- Highlighting important information
Expected result
- Users can add bulleted and numbered lists
- Pasted email content retains basic formatting
- Users can highlight or emphasize text (bold, italic, underline)
- use component that would support most common editing options f.e. like in Redmine
- Editor remains user-friendly and lightweight
