[BUG] Session counter should not log out user when counter ends

Description

Prolong session countdown to 5 minutes
When modal appears - user should be focused to the tab with application

Also some style bugs:

  1. Width of the modal changes depending on number of counter
  2. Modal has inconsistent button color and styles
  3. When hovering over buttons - pointer cursor should appear
