[BUG] German translation errors and issues with the 'Edit' and 'Delete' buttons.

Description
Environment: Staging.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Open the 'Location Details' page and click the 'De' button to translate into German. https://screenrec.com/share/EpfqluaL4d
2.Open the 'Locations' page and hover over the 'Edit' icon next to each item in the table. Instead of a hint, HTML code appears. - Click the 'Delete' button next to each of item in the table.(English page) https://screenrec.com/share/uL4TxtSafn

- Open the 'Location Details' page and click the 'De' button to translate into German. The text on the 'Add Contact Information' button has not translated yet.https://screenrec.com/share/RnLriwep9I
- Open the 'Locations' page and hover over the 'Edit' icon next to each item in the table. The hint 'Edit' appears.
- Click the 'Delete' button next to each of item in the table.(English page). The Location is selected can be deleted successfully.
