Environment: Staging.

Expected Result:
Vehicles can be imported from an Excel document using only the vehicle VIN (17 characters) and a Customer that exists in the system.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open 'Import Vehicles' page.
2. Click 'Download excel template' button.
3. Fill downloaded excel table (VIN LENA1111111111111, Customer ID 22) https://screenrec.com/share/AhxULJd6Hc
   3.Click on the 'Step 2: Upload Your File' field. Select the Excel document downloaded above.

Actual Result:
The system treats the License Plate and Model fields as required fields during vehicle import.
