Expected Result:
Clicking the ‘Forgot Password’ link should open a page where the user enters the email address to which the instructions for changing the password will be sent.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open 'Sign in' page.
2. Click on the 'Forgot password?' link. The page for entering the email address to which the instructions for changing the password will be sent opens.
3. Enter email address. Click the button 'Send the reset instruction.

Actual Result:
