Actual Result:
At the top of the ‘Service Template Details’ page, there is a ‘Cancel Service’ button (on the ‘Service Details’ page, such buttons display the next statuses). When this button is clicked, the ‘Cancellation Reason’ modal window appears. This button and modal window should not be present on the ‘Service Template Details’ page.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the ‘Service Template Details’ page.
2. Click on the 'Cancel Service' button. The Cancelation Reason modal window appears.
