Expected Result:
When the user selects a Customer, the options in the Vehicle dropdown should be limited to that customer’s vehicles.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the 'Services' page.
2. Click on the 'Export Completion Reports' button. The 'Export Completion Reports' page opens.
3. Select 'ABC Logistics GmbH' from Customer.
4. Select 'OLENA121212121212 (1999)' from Vehicle.https://screenrec.com/share/UYp92EHx8y

Actual Result:
The 'OLENA121212121212 (1999)' vehicle belongs to 'Tretjacova-company' customer.https://screenrec.com/share/2pfm6LczDt
The vehicles in the Vehicle dropdown are not filtered for the customer ABC Logistics GmbH.
