Description:
On the 'New Project' page, in the 'Select Vehicles' section, the 'Clear' button does not work.

Environment: Staging

Steps to repoduce:

1. Open the 'Projects' page.
2. Click the '+ Create New Project' button.
3. The 'New Project' page opens.
4. Scroll to the 'Select Vehicles' section.

6. Click the 'Clear' button.

Actual Result:
The selected vehicles remain marked as chosen; the 'Clear' button does not clear the selections.

Expected Result:
Clicking the 'Clear' button should unselect all selected vehicles.
