[BUG] The name of the '+Create New Warehouse Part' button and 'New Warehouse Part' should be change in accordance with the design of other pages.

Description:
The button name should be changed from '+ Create New Warehouse Part' to '+ Create New Spare Part', and the page name should be changed from 'New Warehouse Part' to 'New Spare Part'.
- Status changed from Deployed (QA) to Open
- Assignee changed from Vadim Pariev to Ivan Danyliv
- Status changed from Open to In progress
- Status changed from In progress to Open
- Status changed from Open to Deployed (QA)
- Status changed from Deployed (QA) to Ready for Deployment (prod)
Environment: Staging.
Steps to Reproduse:
- Open the 'Warehouse' page. The button to creating a new spare parts names '+ Add New Spare Part'. https://screenrec.com/share/b2N6EdcC3X
- Click the '+ Add New Spare Part' button. The page to creating a new spare part opens. The name of the page is 'New Spare Part'. https://screenrec.com/share/Eu4YPa1HrW
Actual Result:
The name of the button and the page for creating a new spare part were changed to correspond to the expected result.

- Assignee changed from Ivan Danyliv to Vadim Pariev
