Description

SRT 1
Environment - staging

  • go to the tasks
  • select templates
  • chose any existing template or create a new one
  • add a fresh check list
  • Add any filed to the checklist

  • when creating a service and adding the tasks there are no utems in the checklist

  • Overall the types of fileds are not recongnised

Expected result

  • the flow shall be the same as on production
  • the fields are recognised through the whole application
  • the editing of the fields are possible in every stage foresee by the system (in template, when screating a new task whithin a service, when filling out the active service and task)

Environment:

  • OS: Windows 11 Version 24H2 for x64-based systems(KB5065426) (26100.6584)
  • Browser: Chrome 140.0.7339.186 (Official Build) (64-bit)
  • Platform: Desktop
  • Executor: Tretjacova Olena

Steps to Reproduse:

  1. Open the Tasks page.
  2. Click the 'New Task Template'. The 'Create New Task Template' windows is opened.
  3. Click '+ Add checklist field' in '1 checklist' section.
  4. Select Multiply Choice in 'Field type' dropdown.

Expected Result:
The possibility to create options for multiple choice appears.

Actual Result:
The possibility to choose options for multiple choice did not appear.

Environment: Staging.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open '+ Create New Task Template'. Fill the fields: Name: Test 10/15, Company: Tretjacova-company.
  2. Click on the button '+ Add Checklist Field'. Fiill the fields: Field Name: 1; Field Type: Multiple Choice. The 'Add Option' button appears. Click on the 'Add Option' Option text:item 1, click on the 'Add Option' Option text:item 2, Click on the 'Add Option' Option text:item 3. Delete item 3.
  3. Click on the 'Create Task'.
  4. Open Task Template 'Test 10/15'.

Actual Result:
The options in the multiple-choice field can be created while creating the task template.
