Description

General
There are multiple messages that are sent from the system. For now the mail that is being used is a dummy one and that causes that all the users receiving an email are labled as fishing ones.

Expected result

  • All emails that are generated by the system are sent from the roos email
  • sendgrid is set to use the Roos Email

Environment:

  • Browser: Chrome 140.0.7339.186 (Official Build) (64-bit)
  • Platform: Desktop
  • Executor: Tretjacova Olena

Preconditions:

The user has an account in ROOS-fs.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open 'Sign in page'.
  2. Fill the field 'Email Address'. Entery date:
  3. Click the link 'Forgot password?'. The modal window 'Forgot your password?' is opened.
  4. Fill the field 'Email Address'. Entery date:
  5. Click the'Send reset instruction'.

Expected Result:

The letter to email was sent.

Actual Result:

The field to fill in the 'Email Address' does not contains HTML code in placeholder.
The message 'Internal Server Error is appered.
