Expose the current mobile app version for support/debug on login and inside the app.

Required Implementation:

• Mobile login screen - show version string at the bottom.
  
  

• Profile tab / Settings - add a “Version” row in the section under Privacy Policy / Terms, and above the Language, just showing the current version.
  
  

• Version string must come from build metadata (not hard-coded).

• English and German translation must be included.

Expected Behavior / Acceptance Criteria:

• Version is visible on mobile login and in Profile/Settings on both iOS and Android.
• It updates automatically with each build/release.
• English and German translation must be included.
• Read-only/non-clickable; no other UI/logic changes.
