Creating a new Service Template sporadically produces two identical templates instead of one. Duplicate records appear immediately after the save action.

Steps to Reproduce:

Actual Behavior:

• In some sessions the template saves once, in others two copies are written with identical data and timestamps.
• No clear pattern yet (browser, role, input data, or network conditions).

Expected Behavior:
A single Service Template should be stored per save action—no duplicates.
