Since the mobile app is in the development, the intermediate solution is required to allow the operators (tech personel) still execute the tasks and since some tasks include the picture taking we need to support this from mobile browser.

Expected result

• if the service includes a task with the check list containing the photo taking element, then upon clicking the user is promted to provide a picture from the local starage of the device, or take a picture
• upon the event of clicking we request the access to the camera and gallery (files)
• if user declines the permissions we redirect the user back to the checklists
• when user takes a picture it is uploaded to the check list and is visible and viewable by the user
• when user uploads the picture from the local storage it is uploaded to the check list and is visible and viewable by the user
• the picture could be retaken or reuploaded if needed from the user side
