General
Since all the locations used by the customer are gived via names it is too complicated for the customer to import the vechicles and stated the location IDs.

Expected result

• the template is changed and instead of location ID, we have ocation name
• the adding the vechicle to location is now based on the name of the location
• the name of the location is from now on a unique value and we do not allow dublications - hence enforce this condition when adding a new location
• validate the imported file entiries and report beack to the customer if something is entered incorrectly or no location excists
• location is still a not obligatory field
• all other fileds are validated as before
