One of the other important points that need to be done in the Vechicle object is to include the date of the TÜV (Technical Inspection). It is to be comprise out of the month and year.

Expected result

• Vechicle now have a value "TÜV" or en "Technical Inspection" that presents itself as a date
  
  
• The date could be set as 01.01.2020 or 01.2020 or 2020 - allow the user to set the date as he wants since sometimes not day or month could be set
• Extend the import table to include this value, but make it optional
• the template is extended and now has this value (when the user downloads it then it is already new)
• when imported this date is visible in the single vechicle overview
• the table with the vechicle is extended with this data values as well and could be filtered and sorted

Additional

• impliment the same date behaviour for First Registration Year
