User Story:
As an admin, I want to import leads from an Excel file so that I can onboard multiple leads at once.

Acceptance Criteria:

• An import function is available for Excel files (.xlsx or .csv)
• A sample Excel template is provided for the user to download
• make sure that the implimentation resembles other imports in the system
• Upon upload, data is validated, and errors (e.g., missing fields, duplicates) are reported
• Note that only Email, Phone number and email is obligatory fileds for the import
• Duplicates are checked against name, email, and phone number
• Leads are created in the system upon successful import
