Extend the loging with the task actions logic + other points

Description
General
Loging needs to provide the full scope of information in witch the task execution needs to be mirrowed
Expected result
- status change of the task
- user name that has made the change
- record the action made together with the changes (what fields entered)
- what tasks were added to the service
- Status changed from Backlog to Open
- Estimated time set to 4:00 h
- Status changed from Open to In progress
- Status changed from In progress to In review
- Status changed from In review to Deployed (QA)
- Description updated (diff)
