**Genral**
There are issues with the completion reports that exeed the 30mb gap since these reports coule not be sent per email.
**Expected result**
- if the report exeeds the size of 30 MB it needs to be compressed (or the pictures inside of it)
- no report could be more then 30mb in size
- old reports stay intact
- both english and german reports are following this rule
