**User Story:** As a user, I want to add notes, calls, and emails to a lead so I can track communication history. **Acceptance Criteria:** - User can add 3 types of entries: --Call: icon + description --Email: icon + description --Note: description only - Each entry shows who added it and when - Entries are listed chronologically (old messages in the end, new messgaes in the beginning of the list) - Entries are grouped by the months days - each day provides the date, weekday infromation Advice: please orient the view on the hubspot <img style="width: 1745px;" src="clipboard-202507192057-da52s.png"><br>
