Update Terms & Conditions Hyperlink in Mobile App

Description
Following the recent ROOS scheme update, the Terms and Conditions of using the mobile application have changed. As a result, the hyperlink currently placed in the app’s side menu must be updated to direct users to the new Terms & Conditions page.
Currently, the link still points to the outdated version, which no longer available.
Expected Result:
- When the user opens the profile menu and taps on the “Terms & Conditions”
- The application should open the new URL in the browser.
- The user is redirected to the correct Terms & Conditions page.

Steps to Reproduce:
- Open bild 565. Open Profile. Click on the 'Terms & Conditions'.
- The link https://www.roos-fs.com/nutzungsbedingungen-roosgo-app is opened.
