[BUG] System uploads only valid rows without showing which ones failed.

Description:
When a user uploads spare parts from an Excel table that contains both valid and invalid rows (e.g., one of the required fields is empty), only the valid rows are uploaded. A message about the number of uploaded rows appears, but the user does not receive a warning that some items were not uploaded, and this information may be lost.

Expected Result:
The warning message should indicate how many rows were not uploaded and which ones.
Actual Result:
Only a message indicating how many rows were uploaded appears.

Steps to Reproduce:
- Prepered and download the excel document to import Spare Parts.https://screenrec.com/share/lf6YziGQca
- Open 'Import Spare Parts' page.
- Download the document from step 1. to 'Step 2: Upload Your File' section.
