(PROJECT MANAGEMTN) create a connection of the services and projects

Description
General
It is important for the users who use the projects to provide them with the overview of the statuses of the services.
- All services created using the project functionality are labled so that the user can always track that the service belongs to the projects
- The user can determine that the service belongs to the project (it could be seen in the service) - simply stated project> name for the project as a hyperlink (analog to the vechicle users and customers)
- in addition all services created before are also labled with the project where vechicles were imported
- if the poroject was deleted but the services stayed then the connection is deleted and no project connection is present

Іteps to Reproduce:
Open the Project page.
Click the New Project button.
Fill in the fields:
Project Name: TestLena1
Start Date: 23/09/25
End Date: 24/09/25
Service Template: Emergency Repair Service (choose from the dropdown)
VIN: 00430K6F2V51HZC8J (click the checkbox next to the VIN)
Click the Create Project button.
Open the Services page.
Enter 00430K6F2V51HZC8J in the Vehicle field (choose this item from the dropdown).
Click on Emergency Repair Service in line with 00430K6F2V51HZC8J in the Name of Service column.
The Project Name appears in the Assignment section.

Open the Project page.
Click the Delete icon in the line with the TestLena1 name.
Choose "Delete the project but keep all services intact" in the warning window.
Click the Delete Project button.
Open the Services page.
Enter 00430K6F2V51HZC8J in the Vehicle field (choose this item from the dropdown).
Click on Emergency Repair Service in line with 00430K6F2V51HZC8J in the Name of Service column.
The Project Name disappears in the Assignment section.

The information that matches the Service Project is displayed in the Assignment section on the Service Details page.
