The users operate with the large volumes of data as well as with different languages hence need to be able to understand the language behind the service report export before opening it.

Expected result

• all generated reports have to follow following naming logic: LANGUAGE_DATE OF CREATION_TIME OF CREATION_ID_Service_Completion_Report f.e: EN_21072025_1430_65_Service_Completion_Report.pdf for german the name is in the end Dienstleistungs-Abschlussbericht
• the same logic is done for the German language
• In case the user exports the multiple service reports at the same time using the function in the customer verview, then in the archive there are 2 folders EN and DE (for each language respectively), inside of the them would be all reports for this customer in the time period, that was set before the export, with the same naming logic from above
• the names are visible in the single service view
• the customers would receive the email with the files where names follow the same logic
